Liability insurance with professional indemnity cover
Ekonomico AB is insured with Länsförsäkringar. The policy is a liability insurance for advisory consultants and covers pure financial loss, meaning financial damage that can arise from errors in our accounting or advisory work. The insurance applies if we become liable to pay damages for an error in our work. If an error is down to us, we correct it, document what happened and cover the cost.
We work to the industry standard
Our work follows Rex, the Swedish standard for accounting engagements, developed by Srf konsulterna. This means documented routines, reconciliation of bank accounts every month, checks before every year-end closing and that everything we have done can be traced afterwards. Every voucher has its supporting document attached in the system.
Written engagement agreement
Every engagement starts with a written agreement setting out exactly what we do, what you do and what it costs. Fixed monthly price, no lock-in period and three months' notice.
Confidentiality and data protection
All our staff are bound by confidentiality. We sign a data processing agreement with every client, and your bookkeeping is stored in Fortnox on servers within the EU. We never share your information with third parties without your consent, except with authorities where the law requires it.
