Advice is included in the package price

With us, free advice means that advice is included in the fixed monthly price, with no hourly billing on top. Basic includes up to 2 hours of advice a month. In Complete and Premium, advice is unlimited. Mini, which is for companies with very low activity, does not include advice. The first meeting, before you have decided to become a client, is also free of charge.

The idea is that you can ask before you decide, while you still have a choice. A question about hiring someone, buying a car or paying a dividend is easier to answer before the decision is made than to sort out afterwards.

Advice from your accounting consultant

You have your own accounting consultant who handles your bookkeeping in Fortnox. That is the same person you put your questions to. The advice is therefore based on your company's own figures, and you do not need to explain your business from scratch every time you get in touch.

What you can ask about

  • Bookkeeping and VAT: how a transaction should be recorded, which VAT rate applies and what is deductible
  • Payroll and employees: what hiring someone costs the company, benefits, expenses and subsistence allowances (traktamente)
  • Year-end closing and tax return: what happens at the turn of the year and what needs to be included in the tax return
  • The company's finances: what the result looks like so far this year and what there is room for
  • Authorities: letters from the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) or the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) and what they require of you
  • New decisions: hiring staff, buying a car or equipment, bringing in a co-owner or changing company form

How the advice works

  1. You call or email your consultant with your question.
  2. Simple questions are answered straight away. If the question requires us to do calculations or go through the bookkeeping, we get back to you with an answer.
  3. If the advice leads to a change, for example to salaries or the bookkeeping, we carry it out as part of the engagement.
  4. Premium also includes a monthly report with key figures and tax planning of salary and dividends.

How to get the most out of the advice

Get in touch before the decision, not after. Tell us what you are planning and when it will happen, and send any documents you have, for example a draft agreement, a quote from a supplier or a letter from an authority. The clearer we are about what you want to achieve, the more concrete the answer will be. If the question concerns a figure in the bookkeeping, it is enough to tell us which period it relates to, as we already have the bookkeeping in front of us in Fortnox.

Feel free to gather several smaller questions into the same call. In Basic, where advice covers up to 2 hours a month, this makes the hours go further.

Advice when you start a business or change firm

If you are starting a business, in the first meeting we go through which company form suits you and what is needed to get started, read more about starting a business. If you are changing firm, we take care of the handover, see changing accounting firm. From your first month as a client, advice is included according to your package.

The amount of advice included varies by package

  • Mini, SEK 750/month: no advice included
  • Basic, from SEK 1 500/month: advice up to 2 hours a month
  • Complete, from SEK 2 300/month: advice up to 4 hours a month
  • Premium, from SEK 3 900/month: unlimited advice, tax planning of salary and dividends and a monthly report with key figures

All prices exclude VAT.

This requires a quote

The advice in the packages covers ongoing questions about your company's finances. Engagements that require separate work are quoted separately, and you get a fixed price before we start. This applies, for example, to company changes, agreements that we draft and advice for those who do not have a package with us. We do not give investment or insurance advice and we do not carry out audits. If the company needs an auditor, we work together with one.

In-depth tax and financial advice

If the question concerns tax planning, for example salary or dividends, a tax allocation reserve (periodiseringsfond) or when an investment should be made, read more about our tax advice. If it concerns budgets, profitability and liquidity, see financial advice.

Price

Advice is included in the package price for Basic, Complete and Premium. Fixed monthly price based on the number of vouchers and employees, no lock-in period, three months' notice. See prices.
