Our office is on Nya Tingstadsgatan in Gothenburg and many of our customers are here, but we work digitally with businesses all over Sweden.

We have four packages with a fixed monthly price excluding VAT: Mini SEK 750, Basic from SEK 1 500, Complete from SEK 2 300 and Premium from SEK 3 900. Mini suits businesses with very low activity and no employees. Read more

No. You can leave whenever you like with three months' notice.

Yes, in Basic, Complete and Premium. Basic includes up to two hours a month, and in Complete and Premium advice is unlimited. Mini is a pure bookkeeping package without advice. Read more

Yes. A standalone year-end closing with income tax return costs from SEK 2 500 for a sole trader, SEK 4 500 for a trading partnership and SEK 7 500 for a limited company, excluding VAT. Read more

We work in Fortnox. Receipts and supplier invoices are photographed or emailed in and land in the bookkeeping, and you approve them on your phone. Read more

Yes. Either we take over your existing licence or we set up a new account and transfer the history.

The software licence is invoiced separately, either by the supplier or through us, depending on what you prefer. We tell you what it costs before you decide.

Accounting records must be kept until the end of the seventh year after the end of the calendar year in which the financial year ended. This applies even if you switch firms.

It must reach the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) no later than seven months after the end of the financial year, which means 31 July for limited companies whose financial year follows the calendar year. A private limited company is charged a late filing fee of SEK 7 500 after just one day's delay. Read more

Only if, in each of the last two financial years, the company has exceeded more than one of the thresholds: more than 3 employees on average, more than SEK 1.5 million in balance sheet total and more than SEK 3 million in net turnover. We don't have our own auditor but work with one when needed. Read more

Yes. The K10 form is submitted by anyone who holds qualifying shares in a close company (fåmansföretag), and it is included in the Complete and Premium packages. We quote separately for a personal tax return beyond that. Read more

Yes. Tax planning for salary and dividends is included in Premium, and in the other packages with advice you can raise the question with your consultant. You make the decision; we show you how the options work out. Read more

Up to three employees in Basic, up to six in Complete and up to ten in Premium. If you have more employees, you get a quote. Read more

It is submitted the month after the salary is paid, and most employers must file by the 12th of each month. For July salaries the deadline is 17 August. The employer declaration is included in Basic, Complete and Premium. Read more

Yes, we help you choose a company type and register the company. Company matters are quoted separately at a fixed price before we start. Read more

Yes, for example changes to the board, address or articles of association that must be reported to the Companies Registration Office. You get a quote with a fixed price. Read more

Yes, we draft and review contracts for businesses. If a dispute arises, we help you with that too. Read more

Yes, we help with transport licences and offer a transport manager consultant for goods and bus transport. Read more

Yes. Ekonomico AB has professional liability insurance for advisory consultants with Länsförsäkringar. If an error is our fault, we correct it and cover the cost. Read more

We work according to Rex, the Swedish standard for accounting engagements, with documented procedures and reconciliations. We have a good credit rating with UC and we hold the Nordic Growth Certificate (Nordiskt tillväxtcertifikat) 2025. Read more

All employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality, and we sign a data processing agreement with every customer. The bookkeeping is stored in Fortnox on servers within the EU. Read more

We don't have our own auditor but work with one when your company needs an audit. We do accounting and year-end closing, not audits.
